Supported payment methods. jilli3 supports the following Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and eligible Visa or Mastercard bank cards. All payment methods are subject to availability and jilli3 reserves the right to add or remove supported methods.
Minimum deposit. The minimum single deposit on jilli3 is ₱100. No maximum deposit limit applies to standard accounts, though jilli3 may require enhanced verification for large single transactions.
Withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests are processed manually by the jilli3 payments team. Standard processing time is within 24 hours of submission, and most GCash and Maya withdrawals complete in under 5 minutes once approved. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
Zero withdrawal fees. jilli3 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal requests. Payment providers may apply their own transfer fees in some cases; these are outside jilli3's control.
Withdrawal method consistency. Where operationally possible, jilli3 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering practice. Exceptions may be approved by the jilli3 payments team in documented circumstances.
Unplayed deposit balances. Deposits that have not been wagered and that remain in your account balance are eligible for withdrawal at any time, subject to identity verification requirements. Bonus balance — as distinct from your real money balance — is subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
Suspicious transaction holds. jilli3 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending review if automated fraud detection flags unusual account activity, if identity verification is incomplete, or if a request triggers regulatory review thresholds. The jilli3 support team will communicate the reason for any hold within 24 hours.
